- About to PGSSD 2026-
The 2026 International Conference on Power Grid, Power Systems and Sustainable Development (PGSSD 2026) will be held in Guangzhou, China. The conference addresses power grids, electrical power systems, energy technologies, grid optimization, and sustainable energy development. It provides a platform for researchers, electrical engineers, energy experts, and graduate students to exchange research on modern power systems and emerging energy technologies. Topics include power system operation, smart grids, renewable energy integration, energy storage, distributed generation, power system stability, load forecasting, power quality, grid planning, energy management, microgrids, electricity markets, power electronics, grid resilience, and low-carbon energy systems. Participants will discuss technologies for improving grid reliability, flexibility, efficiency, and renewable energy utilization. Guangzhou, an important economic and technological center in southern China, provides a strong industrial and energy application environment for professional exchange. Researchers and professionals in electrical engineering, power systems, energy technology, automation, and related fields are invited to participate.

All full paper submissions to the PGSSD 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of PGSSD 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to pgssd@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
