About to MEIM 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Cultural Heritage Management and Digital Applications (HMDA 2026) will be held in the historical city of Xi'an in 2026. This conference aims to bring together global experts, scholars, technicians, and policymakers in cultural heritage protection to jointly discuss the latest advancements and future development directions of cultural heritage management and digital technologies. The conference will focus on important topics such as digital protection of cultural heritage, the application of virtual reality and augmented reality in cultural heritage exhibitions, big data management of cultural heritage, construction of digital museums, and policies and practices in cultural heritage protection. The HMDA 2026 conference will offer a high-level academic exchange platform through keynote speeches, panel discussions, case sharing, and interactive sessions, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. Participants will have the opportunity to gain in-depth understanding of cutting-edge technologies and engage in in-depth exchanges with industry peers. Additionally, the conference will set up specialized workshops and training courses to help participants enhance their professional skills and promote technological progress and application in the field of cultural heritage management. Record
All full paper submissions to the MEIM 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of MEIM 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to meim@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
