Historical research and language and culture studies are important approaches for understanding the evolution of human civilization, social changes, and cultural exchanges. With the continuous deepening of globalization and the widespread application of digital technology, new research directions have emerged in areas such as the compilation and interpretation of historical documents, the evolution and dissemination of languages, cross-cultural communication, and the protection of cultural heritage. The International Conference on History and Language and Culture in 2027 will be held in Beijing, China. The conference will focus on historical research, language development and cultural inheritance, and will explore theoretical exploration, research methods, and practical applications in related fields. The conference covers research directions such as Chinese history, world history, regional history, social history, cultural history, historical documents, archaeology, linguistics, applied linguistics, language education, translation studies, comparative literature, cross-cultural communication, and cultural heritage protection. It also pays attention to emerging fields such as digital humanities, corpus linguistics, historical databases, artificial intelligence-assisted literature analysis, and language and culture digitization. Beijing has abundant historical and cultural resources and a profound academic research heritage, making it an important city for conducting historical and language cultural exchanges. SCI JOURNAL

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.

Submission Guidelines

Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to hlci@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
