About to EGCL 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Education Policies and Community Learning will be held in Wuxi, China. The conference will focus on discussions regarding education policy formulation, resource allocation, and community learning practices. It will pay attention to the learning needs of different educational groups and the changes in community education models in the digital era, and explore the interactive relationship between education governance and social learning. Wuxi has a strong urban educational foundation and cultural public service conditions. In recent years, it has formed rich practices in digital development, community construction, and public service innovation. The conference will cover directions such as education policy research, education governance, educational equity, lifelong learning, community education, elderly education, vocational education, family education, the construction of learning communities, and digital education. It will also pay attention to new models such as online learning platforms, smart education, and the integration of social educational resources. The conference will explore through themes, case sharing, and special discussions how education policies can better respond to the needs of community learning, exchange practical experiences in the construction of a learning society in different regions, further expand research ideas on resource sharing and community learning services, and provide an academic exchange space for educational governance innovation and the construction of lifelong learning systems.
Record
All full paper submissions to the EGCL 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of EGCL 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to egcl@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
