About to CTOI 2027
The 2027 International Conference on Communication Technology, Optics and Information Science will be held in Kunming, China. With the continuous integration of high-speed communication, optoelectronic technology and information processing, data transmission, signal perception and intelligent computing are forming a more closely integrated technical system. The conference will focus on new theories, new methods and application results in the fields of communication technology, optics and information science, and will conduct exchanges around topics such as optical communication, wireless communication, optoelectronic information processing and intelligent information systems. Kunming has a good foundation of universities, research and information technology development. Its unique geographical environment also provides rich application scenarios for communication networks, remote sensing observation and optoelectronic technology research. The conference will pay attention to directions such as fiber communication, wireless communication, satellite communication, optical imaging, laser technology, optoelectronic detection, information encoding, signal processing, information security, artificial intelligence and data analysis, and will discuss the application of advanced optics and communication technologies in smart cities, remote sensing monitoring and digital systems.

All full paper submissions to the CTOI 2027 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of CTOI 2027 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ctoi@metting-cloud.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
